I’ve rebranded like 10 times now 😅

First I started with vegan food and travel content.

Those videos were too much work to edit, so I swapped to running vlogs.

Then, I swapped to sharing more about my life:

  • Finances (went viral but my finances are a mess so I didn’t wanna continue)

  • Education (learning data analysis, UX design, etc.)

  • Productivity (life tracking)

  • Business (running my creator business)

It wasn’t just the niche…

It was also my offers. Every time I got bored, I promoted a new thing:

  • Notion templates

  • Life tracking course

  • ADHD content creation course

  • Coaching for creators making a course

  • 3 day reset

  • ???

It got to a point where someone DM’d me saying they wanted to support me, but they had no idea what or how to purchase from me 😭

But today I had a call that changed everything…

Having too many niches isn’t bad

A lot of people who followed me for my productivity content also happen to be interested in business (that’s you!).

Humans aren’t one-dimensional with one singular interest.

The type of people who like my content usually like the same things I do.

So when I was on a call with someone who specializes in building funnels for ADHD creators

What she said changed my whole perspective.

Having all these different offers didn’t make me scattered or confusing.

It was just a matter of structuring them properly.

Structuring my offers

Instead of giving people all these different things to choose from (productivity templates vs content creation coaching),

We decided on a step by step funnel:

  1. People share their emails to get a Notion template lead magnet (free)

  2. They get shown my 3 day reset course ($50)

  3. There’s an order bump (paid Notion template or cheat sheet)

  4. There’s an upsell to my life tracking course ($400)

  5. There’s an upsell to my coaching ($2,000+)

This makes it way easier and less overwhelming for my audience.

We decided on this because I realized that most of my coaching clients are people who’ve already purchased my life tracking course (even though the course is productivity and my coaching is business - different niches).

Nothing changed about my offers - only the structure changed.

And as a result, my mindset changed too…instead of feeling guilty about chasing shiny objects (new unrelated courses),

I felt proud that each course built upon each other to create a natural next step for overwhelmed ADHD creators.

Hopefully this realization also helps you embrace your natural passions instead of trying to restrict yourself because general business advice says to “stick to a niche.”

Til next time,

Jennifer

P.S. the reason I’m building out my funnels now is bc I’m scaling - for people just starting out, usually I recommend not over-engineering and getting overwhelmed with the admin.

A funnel can be as simple as a calendar booking → sales call. Or post → DM.
