What I learned about course creation
Don’t overcomplicate it.
Ask for permission to sell after giving value in a webinar. Audience becomes more receptive.
Tie every assignment to a skill or outcome the student should gain.
Which platform I’m using, and why I chose it
I have high standards for learning.
It took months to find the perfect platform…I wasn’t happy with Thinkific, Kajabi, Circle, etc.
I wanted:
Gamification
Real urgency (modules expire after a certain time)
Structure (modules unlock only after you’ve completed the previous one)
Xperiencify had all of those and more.
They use psychology principles to help people learn better.
