This week, I created a new funnel (with the help of an agency).

I wanted to reach ADHD content creators who:

• Are tired of relying on inconsistent sponsorship income

• Want to create a product (like a course)

• Need step by step guidance and accountability

Here’s how we set up the funnel:

Step 0: figure out the offer

After hours of brainstorming, I landed on this:

Step 1: low ticket offer

I had a Notion page of templates I used for my course ($40k revenue).

I also have a few lead magnets, but didn’t focus on those as much since I already have a mid-sized email list.

Step 2: email nurture sequence

This took FOREVER omg. I poured my heart and soul into them.

There are 10+ emails, most of them focused on sharing insights and tips.

Emails 4, 8, and 10 had a call-to-action buttons to go to my website.

Step 3: video sales letter (VSL)

You can find this link in 2 ways:

1. After purchasing my low ticket offer (course creation templates)

2. Clicking on my emails

On this page, I made a video outlining my process for generating $40k+ revenue from my course.

Then I invite you to book a call to see how I can help.

(Not a pushy sales call! I make that very clear on the page.)

Step 4: book a discovery call

On this page, you can book a slot on my calendar.

I have email automations reminding you to attend the call too.

(Plus a calendar invite, of course.)

Step 5: booking confirmation + video

After you book a call, there’s a 1 minute video to watch so you can better prepare.

I spent forever curating testimonials to put on every page of this funnel to decrease no-shows.

Step 6: 60 min discovery call

This will be a chill call where I ask questions about your business.

Then, I’ll give you an action plan - you can choose to hire me to help you with it, or implement it yourself.

Step 7: coaching package

After the discovery call, you might want:

• Custom feedback

• Accountability (brainstorming and coworking sessions)

• Strategy calls for more advice
