1 year ago: “I don’t believe in myself”

“I want to make $20k a month in 2024.”

I was in a meeting with people hitting $50k+ a month.

They looked at my business and said,

“You’ll hit your goal easily.”

I didn’t believe them.

(Because I didn’t believe in myself.)

While I did hit $20k/mo (CAD, not USD),

It was only for 1 month out of 12.

6 months ago: “I don’t have time”

I used to make $6k CAD a month with my full-time job.

After I was laid off, I made that same amount in 1 day.

How?

Before I was laid off, I constantly made excuses:

“I don’t have time or energy to work on my own content business.”

After I was laid off, I had no more excuses.

I could’ve said “I don’t have time right now, I’m travelling.”

But I turned it into a positive:

“I’ll launch a course in 3 weeks before my travel plans get really hectic.”

I hit my $20k goal that month.

And explored 4 different countries after that.

Today: “who would pay me?”

I launched a higher ticket program ($2,000), not believing I’d get any purchases.

But I did.

Even after that, I doubted myself.

“What if people don’t get what they paid for?”

Not even my refund guarantee could assuage my limiting beliefs.
